Green Water and Green Mountain is Golden Silver Mountain--Landscape Design of Public Service Center of East Lake National Innovation Demonstration Zone

The Public Service Center of East Lake National Innovation Demonstration Zone is located in Wuhan, which is the pilot test area for the construction of "resource-saving and environment-friendly" two-type society. The area is positioned as the core area of modern service center, which is the administrative center, service center and cultural center of the demonstration zone.

The base is located in the north of Jiufeng Mountain, the undulating terrain provides a beautiful background, and the surrounding environment is rich in vegetation, quiet and natural; the east side is a landscape lake, which provides the possibility of transforming it into a high-quality water source. It has the functions of administrative office, public service and image display. The overall pattern of "court and garden" is adopted, focusing on the opening and closing, obvious and hidden changes, and on the changes in the service line of each service area. The landscape reflects the ancient Chinese philosophy of "heaven and earth", "the unity of man and heaven", and the landscape connotation of "square as if practicing righteousness, round as if using wisdom". New technologies such as rainwater recycling and purification treatment, mirror water design, photovoltaic lighting, water utilization, eco-roofing, and geothermal heat utilization are used in the design. The landscape garden is created by "borrowing mountains and drawing water", and the harmonious park is built by "the circle of heaven and earth", advocating the harmonious coexistence of human beings and the environment.

The design dynamic line adopts circular road and greenway system to solve the current situation of scattered and multiple landscape spaces of the base; and adopts the design principle of circulation space to connect each courtyard space, shaping a continuous landscape that is impermeable. It can carry the use of high-density people. From the final completion effect, combined with the humanistic spirit of "tolerance, openness and innovation" of the new area and the construction requirements of ecological civilization, it achieves the preset goals of "clean and atmospheric, efficient in moving line, open and inclusive, frugal and friendly to the people, easy to maintain". We can see the mountains and mountains, and we are pro-green and pro-people. Practicing the concept of the new economic normal: "Green mountains are golden mountains."
